7-Hour USPAP Update Course | 7 Hours | $125
National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice
This is the 7-Hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Update Course as developed by The Appraisal Foundation. This course focuses on recent changes to USPAP and on appraisal issues that affect daily appraisal practice. Each USPAP course student must have for individual use a copy of the current 2008-2009 edition of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. This required text is refered to throughout the course, and can be purchased from www.appraisalfoundation.org/store in advance of the class. The CornerStone USPAP course will provide the 2008-2009 version of the USPAP 7-hour Update Student Manual as published by the Appraisal Foundation.
LAND VALUATION | Techniques and Concepts to Effective Valuation | 7 Hours | $99
This is a 7-hour Appraiser Continuing Education course focusing on accurate and proper analysis of land valuation in relation to accurately determining highest and best use. Gain a deeper understanding of the legal constraints on development, and the physical characteristics that affect value. Case studies explore the unique valuation methods covered in the course. All classroom materials will be provided at registration. This course is also approved for six hours of Real Estate Sales/Broker Continuing Education.
SALES CONCESSIONS | The Effect on Value | 3 Hours | $39
This 3-hour Appraiser Continuing Education course focuses on recognizing changing markets leading to the motivation, types, and effect of sales concessions on sales price vs. market value. Gain the insights necessary to analyze and measure shifting market conditions and sales concessions. The course is designed to enhance appraiser recognition of changing markets and concessions, and to accurately reflect the changes within the three approaches to value. All classroom materials will be provided at registration. This course is also approved for three hours of Real Estate Sales/Broker Continuing Education.
WETLAND VALUATION | Techniques and Concepts to Effective Valuation | 4 Hours | $59
With wetland impacts becoming an ever-sensitive issue to appraisers in today's market, this 4-hour Appraiser Continuing Education course focuses on the techniques of wetland valuation. This course is designed to enhance the appraiser's understanding of wetlands and how they impact market values. Gain a deeper understanding of the valuation techniques of wetlands utilizing the Sales Comparison, Income Capitalization, and Cost Approaches to value. All classroom materials will be provided at registration. This course is also approved for three hours of Real Estate Sales/Broker Continuing Education.
